We are looking for a Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in outsource.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • English B1+ and preferably higher.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
  • Make investigations and analytics of recruitment in the company and of the market.
