We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who prefers working directly with the product and performing thorough testing rather than focusing on coordination or management activities. The role requires a strong sense of ownership for product quality, close collaboration with developers, and a practical, detail-oriented approach to testing.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in QA / software testing.
  • Hands-on approach to testing and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for quality.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience creating clear test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • English level – B2.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (functional, regression, exploratory).
  • Analyze requirements and ensure full coverage of user scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear and detailed reports.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Participate in release testing and ensure readiness for production.
  • Contribute to improving testing practices and overall product quality.
