We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who prefers working directly with the product and performing thorough testing rather than focusing on coordination or management activities. The role requires a strong sense of ownership for product quality, close collaboration with developers, and a practical, detail-oriented approach to testing.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in QA / software testing.
- Hands-on approach to testing and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for quality.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience creating clear test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- English level – B2.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (functional, regression, exploratory).
- Analyze requirements and ensure full coverage of user scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear and detailed reports.
- Collaborate closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
- Participate in release testing and ensure readiness for production.
- Contribute to improving testing practices and overall product quality.
