Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 1.5+ years of professional experience in IT.
- 1+ years of professional experience as BA in SD/Full cycle development.
- Use of domain standards to describe requirements.
- Experience in requirements elicitation and documenting projects.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
- Good communication skills and team-work.
- High analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- English: Advanced/Proficiency, Fluent.
Will be a plus:
- Technical background.
- Certification(s).
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the stakeholders needs.
- Define requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation, develop flows and use cases.
- Improve systems by studying current system practices and modification design.
- Collaborate with the project team to support project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to the client & development team communication.
- Analize the risks and develop risk management plan.
- Identify opportunities for improvement of existing processes.
