We are looking for a Business Analyst for the existing projects covering, and future projects start.

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • 1.5+ years of professional experience in IT.
  • 1+ years of professional experience as BA in SD/Full cycle development.
  • Use of domain standards to describe requirements.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and documenting projects.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
  • Good communication skills and team-work.
  • High analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  • English: Advanced/Proficiency, Fluent.

Will be a plus:

  • Technical background.
  • Certification(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the stakeholders needs.
  • Define requirements. 
  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation, develop flows and use cases.
  • Improve systems by studying current system practices and modification design.
  • Collaborate with the project team to support project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Contribute to the client & development team communication.
  • Analize the risks and develop risk management plan.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of existing processes.
