We are looking for a Integrations consultant / Support engineer to join our rapidly growing Team.

Requirements:

  • IT technical background: bachelor’s degree or 1 years of experience in IT.
  • Be good at customer communication, patience, self-learning.
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, humor and the ability to convey the communication through phone and email communications.
  • Ability to lead the customer to successful project go live.
  • Level of English: Upper Intermediate (both written and oral) / Advanced or Fluent.

Nice to Have:

  • German or other European language.
  • Experience working with REST API, Webhooks, ServiceBus, SQS and similar technologies.
  • SQL basics.
  • Experience utilizing Postman, fiddler or similar utilities, batch scripting.
  • Experience working with regex and log search platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre/post sales consulting.
  • Support for world-wide customers doing various types of 3rd party systems integrations with SaaS Facility Management platform #1.
  • Customer communications are done via phone calls, emails, online meetings, ZenDesk, JIRA and other platforms.
