We’re looking for a Technical Writer Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of information architecture principles.
  • Strong interviewing skills for stakeholder requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity with GitBook platform and Markdown formatting.
  • Content migration experience (preferably across different documentation systems).
  • Understanding of documentation workflows and version control systems.
  • Experience with documentation tools and formats (PDF, HTML, Markdown, etc.).
  • Understanding of API documentation principles.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Familiarity with analytics and documentation metrics.
  • English level: B2+.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate technical concepts for various audience levels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, UX).
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage complex documentation projects.
  • Prioritize content migration based on business impact.
  • Create and execute project timelines.
  • Develop templates and style guides.
  • Create user personas and audience analysis.
  • Conduct effective stakeholder interviews.

Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience with similar documentation audits and migrations.
  • Experience creating or improving technical documentation processes.
  • Background in developing documentation governance models.
  • History of successful content reorganization projects.
