We are looking for a skilled System Administrator (Digital Workplace Services) to support and manage digital workplace services, including Microsoft 365, user account management, end-user devices, and hardware support. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
This role requires working meetings in Germany.
Requirements:
- Experience with Intune, O365, and Microsoft ecosystem.
- Previous work with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- ITIL foundations knowledge is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to document processes and share knowledge with team.
