We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, and performance management across multiple locations.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in finance.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience as Finance Manager.
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controlling.
- Strong experience in multi-country financial operations and tax optimization.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
- Experience managing finance and accounting teams.
- English level: at least B2 or above.
- Polish level: at least B1 or above.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze actual and projected company performance and develop recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead tax optimization initiatives across different jurisdictions, taking into account country-specific regulations and requirements.
- Monitor accounts receivable levels and ensure client payment discipline.
- Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and allocation of financial resources.
- Define and implement the company’s financial strategy and policies.
- Lead the budgeting process, including annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets, as well as budgets for legal entities and financial responsibility centers; monitor budget execution.
- Prepare financial forecasts and key business performance indicators.
- Develop, implement, and oversee accounting standards and procedures for local finance and accounting teams.
- Define requirements for management, statutory, and external reporting.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of accounting and financial reporting.
- Monitor and improve management reporting processes to support executive decision-making.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
