We are looking for a Senior Agentic Engineer to join development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Features end to end: clarify the problem with product, write the spec and acceptance criteria, build, test, ship and support in production.
  • Both new and old code: one bounded new product surface, plus changes inside our large existing platform. Not greenfield only.
  • The agent harness for your area: context files, tests, hooks and conventions that let agents work safely in a legacy codebase.
  • Verification: automated tests and eval loops that catch regressions before human review. Reviewers are not your safety net.
  • Scope calls: cutting, sequencing and pushing back when the outcome can be reached more simply.
  • Your playbook: a written workflow other engineers can adopt.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years building and operating production software, including time as a senior or lead who owned outcomes, not tickets.
  • Agent-first daily workflow for 6+ months (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode or similar), including running several agents in parallel. You default to agents and write code by hand only as an exception.
  • You can show where agents fail and how you catch it: tests, evals, small batches, diff review. Evidence over enthusiasm.
  • Deep work in a large, long-lived codebase: refactors, migrations, legacy constraints.
  • Testing discipline. You write the tests that make agent output trustworthy.
  • Product judgment: you have talked to users, written specs and cut scope to ship.
  • Security fundamentals and experience handling sensitive data (health, financial or personal).
  • Strong written English. Your specs are executed by agents and by people.
  • Our core stack: Python, Django, .NET, Angular, Kotlin, Swift, AWS, SQL. Adjacent stacks are acceptable if everything else is strong.
  • At least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time.

Nice to have:

  • Healthcare or other HIPAA-regulated SaaS.
  • Multi-tenant B2B SaaS.
  • Built agent tooling yourself: MCP servers, custom hooks, eval harnesses.
  • Led an incremental (strangler-fig) migration off a legacy platform.
  • Side projects you built and still use.

We provide:

  • Modern Class A office in a dynamic downtown location (Twarda, 18).
  • Flexible Schedule.
  • Training and development.
  • Mentor support.
  • Corporate library.
  • International projects.
  • English courses.
  • Corporate events.
  • Team building.
  • Gifts.
  • Charity events.
  • Great place to work.

Benefits:

  • Private healthcare (LuxMed Silver).
  • Sport subscription (Multisport Classic).
  • Psychological help compensation, mental health support.
  • 4 Sick Days a year, extra days off for special events.
  • Payments on birthday and special occasions.
  • Employee referral program.
