We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator to join development team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
- Hands-on experience in database architecture design.
- Strong expertise in one or more RDBMS: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
- Proven experience in schema design and data storage strategies and partitioning and indexing strategies.
- Experience working with high-load and highly available systems.
- Strong performance tuning skills, execution plan analysis, query optimization, handling locks and concurrency.
- Experience with replication, clustering, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Experience with data migration and schema refactoring.
- Designing scalable systems (vertical and horizontal scaling).
- Selecting appropriate database technologies based on business needs.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Participating in architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
- English level: at least B2 or above.
Responsibilities:
- Database design/development.
