HR & Event Specialist is responsible for strengthening the company’s internal brand, organizing corporate events, managing branded products, and supporting internal communication. The role also involves collaboration with various teams to enhance employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Work format: full offce (Warsaw)
Salary: 6000 – 7500 PLN brutto UoP

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in event planning, employer branding, or internal communications. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage corporate events, branded merchandise, and internal communication platforms.
  • Experience with internal communication tools (Wiki, MS Teams), content creation, and collaboration with design teams.
  • Polish (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1) are required; Russian is a plus.
  • On-site position in Warsaw (no remote/hybrid option).


Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly event plans in line with company strategy.
  • Organize and coordinate corporate events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and internal HR PR initiatives.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, supplier coordination, and contract negotiations.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys to enhance future events.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Branded Products & Corporate Merchandise

  • Determine the types and quantities of branded products and gifts for employees.
  • Research, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality branded merchandise.
  • Manage contracts and oversee the production of branded items in accordance with company standards.
  • Settlement of branded products and gifts and taking care of their stock.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop product mockups.

Internal Communication & Employer Branding

  • Manage internal communication platforms, including Wiki Poland, SolbegCast, and MS Teams channels (excluding benefits-related content).
  • Create and coordinate corporate content such as photoshoots, videos, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with People Partners across different locations to organize location-specific team events and ensure a consistent employer brand.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with the UI/UX team for the development of visual assets and promotional materials.
  • Assist in external employer branding activities, including content creation and social media management.
  • Support the HR PR team in executing both internal and external branding strategies.
  • Participation in the organization of guest visits
